Terms and Conditions of Guayou Dec 2024

When booking an appointment with Guayou, you understand and comply with all the terms and conditions as mentioned below.

Appointments need to paid in full upfront at the time of booking if not the booking can not be considered confirmed
To receive a full refund we require 48 hours cancellation notice
Missed appointments cannot be refunded
Late arrivals - if you are running late please call 07511448081 as soon as possible this may mean that the full treatment can not be given as we will finish at the scheduled time.
Arriving 20 mins late will be classed as a missed appointment
Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick or unwell
No other guests are permitted to your appointment this includes children
Block bookings need to be redeemed within 3 months of first appointment
Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Guayou privacy policy
it will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law
Cautions
Hemorrhagic disorders including blood clotting limitations (haemophiliac, or on anti coagulant medication)
People who bruise or bleed easily
Severe Cardiovascular disease (Coronary, Artery or Heart valve disease), or brain aneurysm
When infections disease are present
Weakness and fatigue
Weak thin skin (steroid use)
Abdomen or pregnant women
Recent trauma
Recent surgery scars (within 2 months)
Damaged, broken or ulcerated skin
When major blood vessels are visible, including varicose veins or other enlarged blood vessels
Oedema
Thrombosis (a clot on blood vessel), aneurysm or advanced arteriosclerosis
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We Guayou reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
